Oscar Villalobos (1987)

 

Oscar Villalobos  is a Colombian artist. He has a degree in Visual Arts from the Academia Superior de Artes de Bogotá. Villalobos' artwork has been exhibited in prestigious institutions such as Miami International Fine Arts and Museo Histórico de Cartagena, among others. He won the Best Artist award at Feria de arte BARCÚ (2016). His experience as a survivor of displacement and living in an informal settlement informs his work, offering a unique and authentic perspective on armed conflict's social and environmental issues.
